A blinking or turned off blue light means something is wrong with your camera.
If the blue light is off, there's no power going to the camera. Check the power source and, once power is restored, please contact your client support manager.
A blinking blue light means there could be a cell service outage, cell service interference, or something else. Please contact your client support manager to troubleshoot the issue.
