What happens if the camera loses power?

 

If the camera loses power, our 24-hour monitoring system immediately notifies you. Please check the camera’s power source to make sure that it is still connected. If the camera has power, then look to see if the blue light on your camera is on. After checking the power and the light, contact your client support manager. Luckily with our 24-hour monitoring system, we often catch that your camera is offline before you even realize it.
