Learn how to mount and install the AC Powered Sapphire MultiCam Security System to a stationary pole.
- Before mounting, plug in the control cabinet. Unscrew the cabinet door and flip the two breakers to the ON position.
- While your system powers on, attach your mounting bracket to the desired location. Attach the mounting plate with two band clamps. Ensure the bracket is mounted at a height of 15 - 20 ft on the pole.
- Contact your client support manager at 888-849-2583 (M-F, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST) to ensure the system is functional before next steps. Be ready to provide the control box ID, located on the label at the bottom.
- With client support’s confirmation, switch both breakers to the OFF position. Unplug the unit. Set in one screw to prevent the cabinet door from opening during install.
- Hang your system on the mounting bracket hooks and secure with the provided bracket screws.
- Band clamp the bottom mounting bracket to the pole.
- Plug-in main power, then open the cabinet and flip the two breakers to the ON position. Ziptie the power cord to the pole leaving slack at the top of the cord.
- Close the cabinet door and set all four screws to waterproof the system.
- Aim your cameras by loosening the screw on the mount and then adjusting its position. Tighten the screw to keep the camera in place.
