Tip: Mount the solar panel facing true south

Mount your solar panel: Using the provided lock washer and screws in the brace arms, secure the panel in the preset 45° angle. Be sure the panel is facing true south with full sunlight (avoid trees and buildings) and use provided band clamps to secure to pole.

Mount your solar cabinet: Use provided band clamps to secure the mounting bracket to the pole. Hang the cabinet on the bracket and use two additional band clamps to secure. Install the cabinet as low as possible for safety and accessibility, approx. 5 ft off the ground (always install the cabinet off the ground). Zip tie loose cables.
- Power on your system: Plug the cabinet into the panel using the male/female quick connects and ground wire.
If the configuration in the cabinet has breakers, flip them to the ON position. If the configuration in the cabinet has switch buttons, press them down to the ON position.
- Confirm installation with your OxBlue Client Support Manager:
Locate the charge controller in the cabinet and confirm it is displaying a reading (may vary depending on weather). Take and send photos of (1) the complete installation and (2) the charge controller reading to OxBlue Support at support@oxblue.com or text your dedicated client support manager. Use the 5-digit ID number found on the back of the camera as the subject line.
