How do I remove and return my Solar MultiCam System?
Learn how to safely remove, uninstall, repackage and return your Solar MultiCam System after use.
1. Open the Solar cabinet and flip the breakers to the OFF position to prep your camera system for return.
2. Use a T20 torx bit to loosen the mounting screws and aim both cameras towards the ground. Tighten the screws once done.
3. Unplug the MultiCam's data and solar power cables as well as any additional cameras that may be attached.
4. Remove your MultiCam system from the pole, then remove the mounting bracket from the pole.
5. Place the MultiCam, mounting bracket, and cables into the camera box. Secure the contents with supplied packaging material.
6. Remove any additional cameras that may be installed and place in its camera box.
7. Unplug the solar panel(s) from the Solar Cabinet.
8. Remove the batteries and interconnect cables from the Solar Cabinet.
9. Remove the Solar Cabinet and its bracket from the pole.
10. Remove the solar panel(s) and bracket(s) from the pole.

11. BOX & FOAM INSTRUCTIONS OPTION
A. Place foam, illustrated below, on the corners of the panel. Each foam piece includes a sticker notating which direction and corner it belongs to. Put the panel and foam in the panel box and seal the box.
B. Place the foam illustrated below on the cabinet. Put it in the cabinet box and seal the box.
C. Place the foam illustrated below on the battery. Put it in the battery box and seal the box.
D. Underneath the original shipping label is the return label. Peel to reveal the new label.

12. PALLET RETURN INSTRUCTIONS OPTION
A. Securely fasten the solar cabinet, talk down hardware, and battery boxes to the pallet. Make sure to cover the battery posts.
ALWAYS KEEP METAL OBJECTS OR OTHER MATERIALS THAT CAN SHORT CIRCUIT THE BATTERY TERMINALS AWAY FROM THE BATTERIES TO AVOID POSSIBLE FIRE HAZARD.
B. Place the solar panel and mount on the pallet, ensuring the panel is not resting against the cabinet. Secure the mount to the pallet with screws to keep it from shifting in transit. Use foam or particle board to cover and protect the solar panel.
C. Photograph the pallet and send to OxBlue Client Support at support@oxblue.com. This is to protect you in the event the equipment is damaged during shipping.
D. Once OxBlue has checked the pallet is secure, shrink-wrap the entire unit.
E. Send a photograph of the shrink-wrapped pallet to OxBlue Client Support.
F. OxBlue will arrange collection of the pallet.
