      How do I return my Sapphire MultiCam Security System?

      Read to find out how to uninstall, remove and return your Sapphire MultiCam Security System from AC power on a stationary mount.


      1. Prep your camera system for returning by loosening the mounting screws and aiming all cameras towards the ground. Tighten the screws once done.

      2. Open the Sapphire MultiCam cabinet to turn both breakers to the OFF position. Then close and screw the cabinet door shut.

      3. Remove your Sapphire MultiCam system from the pole, then remove the mounting bracket from the pole.

      4. Place the Sapphire MultiCam, mounting bracket, and power cable into the camera box. Secure the contents with supplied packaging material.

      5. Photograph the contents and send to OxBlue Support at support@oxblue.com or contact your dedicated Client Support Manager for final approval. Use the Control Box ID, located on the label as the subject line.

      6. Once the packaging is approved, seal the box and peel the original FedEx shipping label to reveal the FedEx return shipping label. Send back to OxBlue.
