      How do I return my small solar system?

      • Turn off the breakers & switches within the cabinet. Pinch the prongs on the cables to disconnect the solar panel and camera wires.Solar 45-50watt Return

      • Remove the cabinet, solar panel, and camera from pole.

      • Pack the Cabinet Box: Fit the foam pieces over each end of the cabinet—do not remove the battery from the cabinet. Place the cabinet in its box face down, then place second piece of rectangular foam on top to protect all contents.Solar 45-50watt Return3

      • Seal the box and peel the original FedEx shipping label to reveal the FedEx return shipping label.
      • Pack the Panel & Bracket Box: Place panel foam on the corners of the panel and place panel in its box. Each foam piece includes a sticker denoting which direction and corner it belongs to. The bracket does not need to be removed.

      • Seal the box and peel the original FedEx shipping label to reveal the FedEx return shipping label.

      • Pack the Camera Box: Place the solar camera, mount, and power cable into the camera box (camera may differ from the image above). Secure the contents with supplied packaging material.

      • Seal the box and peel the original FedEx shipping label to reveal the FedEx return shipping label. Send all boxes to OxBlue.
