      How do I return my solar powered securty camera system?

      • Turn off the cabinet breakers. Disconnect the battery and remove it from the solar cabinet.

      • Unfasten zip-tied cables from the mount and pinch the prongs to disconnect the solar panel and camera wires.

      • Remove the solar cabinet, solar panel, batteries, talk down hardware, and camera to prepare for shipping.

      • Store all the components inside the solar cabinet, except for the solar panel, talk down hardware, and battery.

      TIP: For the rest of the return instructions, the following Box & Foam Return OR Freight Pallet Return options are available.


      Box & Foam Instructions 

      • Place foam illustrated above on the corners of the panel. Each foam piece includes a sticker denoting which direction and corner it belongs to. Put the panel and foam in the panel box

      • Place the foam illustrated above on the cabinet. One goes on top and the other on the bottom also illustrated above. Put the cabinet and foam in the cabinet box and seal the box.

      • Place the foam illustrated above on the battery. One goes on top and the other on the bottom also illustrated above. Put the battery and foam in the battery box and seal the box.

      • Place the foam illustrated above on the talkdown hardware. Put it in the talk down hardware box and seal the box.

      • Underneath the original shipping label is the return label. Peel to expose the new label.

      If shipping parcel, all boxes can be sent back separately here. If you're shipping freight, continue to the next steps.

      • Place all of the boxes on a pallet (including your camera box), strap the boxes to the pallet with a cord. Photograph the pallet—save to send to OxBlue Client Support.Solar 65-110watt return8

      • Wrap the unit in shrink wrap. Be sure that everything is securely fastened to the pallet.

      • Send a photograph of the shrink wrapped pallet Send all photos to OxBlue Support at support@oxblue.com. This is to protect you in the event the equipment is damaged during shipping.

      • OxBlue will arrange collection of the pallet.
