What is the process to return a camera?

 

If your camera is experiencing technical difficulties or your lease has expired, you may need to return your camera.

 

Note: Please confirm the need to return the unit with your client support manager.

 

Take the following steps before returning the camera:

  1. Use OxBlue shipping materials. If you need a box, packing materials or a return label, let your client support manager know and they will provide you with them.
  2. Ship to:
