What is the sales tax policy?

OxBlue has NEXUS and is registered to do business in all 50 states. By state law, we are required to collect and remit sales tax when we ship products to all states, with the exception of the 5 states (Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon) that do not collect statewide sales tax.
