How can I request Security Monitoring on my OxBlue camera?

Security Monitoring can be requested at the point of the sale on your initial quote, or added on an existing project.

There are multiple ways to enable Security Monitoring on your project. At a high level, you can utilize the below three methods to reduce risk, combat theft and prevent damages after hours.

1. Request monitoring at the point of sale by asking your OxBlue Account Executive about our offering.

2. If you are an admin user of the OxBlue interface for your company, you can request Security Monitoring through the Admin Console. Check out how to request Security Monitoring through the Admin Console here.

3. If you are not an admin user, you can always reach out to your Client Support Manager or call into the main OxBlue line to get in touch with our support team.
